Gets up at 6.15 am and starts his day with an hour-long meditation, before heading to work. Leaves at 7.30 am and walk 5 miles to work to reach the office by 9 am.

Jack Dorsey’s training routine & diet
High-intensity interval workouts on days when he works from home to compensate for the walk to the office. Three cycles of 7-minute workout help maintain the composure in short intervals and personally takes up these activates and keeps self-motivated.
In terms of his diet, Dorsey has been on the One Meal a Day (OMAD) diet for more than the past two years, with dinner the only meal rich in protein, with fish, chicken, steak, and greens.
The benefits of a meal a day were that he was able to save time skipping the time for his meals and was able to remain focused during most parts of the day.
Dorsey wraps up the day with 15 minutes sauna which is followed by 3 minutes ice bath around 3-4 times a day for about an hour before having a meditation session and heading to his bed.
The practice might seem a bit of a struggle at the beginning, but with due course of time, it gets enshrined into a habitual affair.
